Hello! This is an agreement between you and Lensly (“we”, “us”) about your
use of the Lensly app (the “app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these
terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What the app does
Lensly is a film-style instant-print camera: take photos with film colors and frames, watch prints develop,
shoot photo booth strips and short Live clips, adjust colors, import existing photos, and make albums decorated with stickers. All photos and albums are stored on
your device.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app
on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may
not copy, reverse engineer, modify or resell the app, or extract the app’s content (film looks,
frames, stickers, fonts, illustrations) for separate distribution.
3. Your photos and content
The photos, videos, captions and albums you create belong to you. We do not receive them and have no
rights to them.
You may use photos edited in the app (including frames, stickers and text placed on them) for personal
purposes and for sharing on social media. Selling the app’s stickers, frames or other assets on their own
(separately from your photos) is not permitted.
You are responsible for the content you capture and share: respect other people’s privacy and image rights,
and do not capture or distribute unlawful content.
Because your data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app or losing your device may cause the loss of
photos not yet saved to your photo library. The app saves photos to the Photos app automatically when you allow it;
please back up the ones that matter to you.
4. VIP (auto-renewing subscription)
VIP unlocks additional camera bodies, film looks, frames, sticker packs, unlimited albums and high-resolution export.
The list of benefits is shown on the VIP screen in the app.
Monthly and yearly plans are available. Prices are shown in the app according to your store and region.
Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the next period at the same price unless you cancel at least
24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the new period begins.
Free trial (if offered, e.g. 7 days for the yearly plan) applies only to your first
subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts and you will be charged.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a different plan.
To manage or cancel: in the app (Settings → VIP → Manage subscription), or on
iPhone: Settings → (your Apple Account name, the top row) → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
Lifetime plan: a single payment for VIP forever. It does not renew and is never charged again.
Restore it on a new phone with "Restore purchases" and the same Apple / Google account. If you have a monthly or yearly
plan, cancel it yourself after buying Lifetime (buying it does not cancel the old plan).
Cancelling does not delete your photos. When VIP expires, the photos and album pages you have created still display
exactly as they are; VIP options can no longer be used for new photos.
5. One-time sticker pack purchases
Some VIP packs can be bought individually as a one-time purchase (not a subscription) and used permanently on devices that use the same
App Store / Google Play account. Use the “Restore purchases” button to get back packs you have bought when you change devices.
5b. Coins and the Shop
Coins are an in-app unit used to redeem frames, stickers and charms in the Shop. Coins can be obtained by
buying coin packs (paid through the App Store / Google Play), watching ads, as a welcome gift, or as a
monthly gift for VIP members.
Coins cannot be exchanged for money, are non-transferable, do not expire and can only be
used in the app. Purchased coins are used before gifted coins. If a coin purchase is refunded by Apple
or Google, the corresponding coins may be deducted.
Items redeemed with coins can be used permanently. Coins and redeemed items are stored on your device; turn on
your phone’s backup (iCloud / Google) to keep them when you change devices or reinstall the app.
Discounts in “This week’s deals” are genuine reductions from the item’s regular coin price.
6. Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests are handled under the store’s policies:
reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or the Google Play
help pages. We do not issue refunds directly, but we are happy to help you contact the store.
7. Downloadable and seasonal content
The app may download additional sticker packs over the Internet. We may add, update or stop offering
packs over time (for example, Tết or Halloween packs that only appear in season). Stickers you have already placed on album pages
are kept. Some illustrations, stickers and frames were created with the help of artificial intelligence tools
and edited by us. Film look names (for example “Golden Sun 200”, “Portrait 400”) are names we
gave to color presets that emulate film styles; the app is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by
any film or camera manufacturer.
8. Changes and interruptions
We may update, change or discontinue some features. For changes that significantly reduce the benefits
of a paid plan, we will notify you in the app.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the app will
operate uninterrupted or error-free on every device, and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data
or loss of photos caused by device failure, uninstalling the app or the actions of third parties. Our total liability
shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months. These terms do not exclude any
consumer rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. App store terms
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement
(Standard EULA) also applies;
Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support or claims relating to the app. If you downloaded it from Google Play,
the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through negotiation;
if that fails, they shall be resolved by a competent court in Vietnam.
